It was more than two years from the time that I first met Julie and Dave until their wedding celebration at The State Room. The theme was modern, clean, city-chic, tropical, which shown throughout their chose of hotel, flowers, and decor. The day was beautifully coordinated by Kristyn Kerkorian of K. Kerkorian Events.
Jessica and Jeff were supposed to have a large wedding. It would happen at one of Boston’s most popular venues, the Boston Public Library, and they booked it far in advance. Then COVID19 happened. With determination and love, they kept their original fall wedding date and instead had their wedding with just 25 of their closest family members and friends.
On the first Saturday morning of November, I woke early to photograph Sarita and Samson’s fall engagement session in Boston. We wanted to be out early, while the morning light was at its best. We knew that it was probably one of the last warm and sunny Saturdays of the year and lots of people would be about, so we photographed while the streets were still quiet.
Alanna and Joey had planned on a big, 200-person wedding in Seattle. Their plans changed with the COVID19 pandemic, and they instead ended up having a 10-person wedding in the city where they met: Boston. Their wedding day was something of an adventure – with portraits around North End, pizza on the street, and one of the most gorgeous sunsets….
