This is the photo story of Chelsea and Chris’s Beauport Hotel wedding. Many people who inquire about their wedding say that they recognize people in the photos on my blog and portfolio. Someone will recognize a bride or groom from work or school. Or they’ll see a photo of a wedding guest who happens to be their neighbor. One thing I realize from these inquiries is that Boston and and southern New England is small! I mean, it’s big, but it’s smaller than you’d think. There are so many networks of friends who are loosely linked to each other through schools, employers, and the towns where people grew up.
When Chelsea first contacted me and told me that she recognized on my blog one of my wedding couples from last year, I knew it was a sign. You see, this other couple had one of the most memorable dance parties of recent years. They’re all fun but this one was a still-thinking-about-it-to-this-day kind of dance party. She also told me that some of the same people who were photographed at that wedding would be at her wedding. I was prepared for a good time. Expectations were high. And believe me, my assistants and second photographers and I are living vicariously through all of you out there dancing and having a good time. The dance party is one of the wedding events that we look forward to all day.
Special thanks to Clockwork Boston for providing such crazy good music and entertainment. You can’t hear the music through the photos, but I think the dancing images speak for themselves!
